General DX8 and UMX radian

Hi
This is my first time set up on DX8. I have my DX8 setup (mode 2) for normal wing and tail binding with UMX radian (3 channels). The aileron (right stick) is controlling the rudder instead of the rudder that is suppose to be on the left. I can fly it but not sure if it is some set up i made mistake with.

If someone have the DX8 setup for UMX radian, please let me know how please.

Hi Ted, since the rudder is the only direction control it is pretty normal to put it on the aileron channel, that way when you fly four channel you will be using the same stick to turn. I only have one 3 channel and found it easier to have the rudder on the aileron channel so that it was similar to a four channel to fly where I rarely use the rudder other than take off or landing.

Admiral, thx's for the quick reply. Yeah, i found it is convenience to have both both rudder and elevator on the same stick since aileron is not there. At first, i wonder if have some setup wrong or not.

yes you do.. channel 1 = elevator, channel 2= aileron, channel 3 motor, channel 4=rudder
