Batteries Did I toast it?

Ok
Earlier today at lunch I was testing my FPV setup.
During the process of troubleshooting I removed the
battery alarm to see if it was interfering.
I had only flown about 5 minutes prior to that and about 2 or 3 after the fact...stop and go flying
since all I could do was crash due to poor video :/
So to see where I was at I plugged the alarm back in......
She was reading 9 volts.....
I know this is not a good thing but the very soonest I can
get it on a charger is 9pm tonight.
Did I ruin a new battery?

If this is a 3s pack, that is just shy of about 3.3 volts. You should be able to pull this one back without a problem. Just hit it with a storage charge.

Running it through a couple cycles might help as well. It's an excuse to fly anyway lol.

As long as they don't drop below 3V per cell, you'll be fine.
Do it too often, and you will increase the internal resistance, loosing a lot of power from the pack.
