General DFC Main Shaft

Been watching Tony's videos to help me build my machine, 450Pro DFC, KX015087T. My machine is a little different then the video. Tony is showing sliding the shaft through the Swashplace into the rotor housing with the word "ALIGN" up into the swashplate. But when I do it that way the hole for the screw through the rotor housing has a lot of play...I have to move the shaft up and down to get it to line up. Installing the shaft the other way the screw hole lines up when the shaft stops in the rotor housing. I noticed that the mounting holes in the shaft are different distances from the end. I don't see any notation of which way it goes together in MY manual.

As stated, the Align logo should go on the bottom. If I showed it in the top, that was a very big mistake that I never should have made. Can you tell me what video this was in?
