Which battery and prop you use will be determined by the specific airplane model. Look at the recommended specs that came with the plane. You already know it will be either a 2 cell or 3 cell battery just from the specs you gave. The prop will also determine the number of cells you will want to use. Finally the MAH capacity will be determined more by the wing loading and current weight of the plane.
