Chargers Charging issues???

hook a volt meter up to the large wires and read the voltage. I'm guessing you have a broke wire on your balance plug.

What on the actual power wires what kind of voltage should i've looking door?

For 3S? 10.5V - 12.6V. If they are heavily (overly) discharged as low as 9v.

I dented one of my packs and it seemed ok till a day later. That cell died. You could also have a bad balance wire on that cell if it got pulled loose.
