I had 2 11.1v 35c 5500 mAh in it. I am worried I have to many amps.

Don't worry about that. The battery doesn't push power, the motor draws power. Have a watch of this video to help in explaining this a little more.

Thanks for the help. Im new to brushless. With the 6s 80 amp esc the 2x 11.1v 35c 5500 mAh will work without damage?
