I ordered the 3-wire battery monitor below and was wondering about the wiring. I connected the red wire to the hot and the black wire to the ground and the monitor light up but did not show a voltage. I connected to blue wire and the black wire together and the red wire to the hot and got the same thing. Do I need to connect the blue and red wire together and the black wire to the ground to make it show a voltage?
