    My son and I bought a Eflight Apprentice with safe flight. Been flying helis for a long time but NEVER flew a plane. Should be interesting... :ohsnap1:

    I saw one of those flying in some pretty stiff wind. It handled quite well.
    I am sure you will both love it. Someone at the local field suggested CF rods as stiffeners from the top of the horizontal to the sides of the vertical tail feathers. Said that was about the only weakness in this aircraft.

    That's awesome, fran! I'd love to have that plane. I think it would be great fun for the beginner and experienced pilots. Good luck and have fun!!!
