I completely forgot about them turning off ALL of their servers in the datacenter so they could install new batty backup's. My bad. But we are back online and hopefully what happened a week or so ago when they lost power and the battery backups failed will never happen again. Man that hurt a lot of stuff on the server when it was forced down due to losing power. If you have questions, just ask.
