500 Align 500x head speeds

need help trying to figure out head speeds for gov.
using fbl gov.
Heli Align 500x
IKON 2 fbl
stock ESC, motor, blades
Hobbywing rpm sensor

They are very low headspeeds for a 500X. Most people would fly at 2500RPM or higher. Align actually recommend 2800RPM for 3D but i think this must be 'non-governed' as you would struggle to get that high using a governor: HeadSpeed

Like most Align helis the 500X is setup to work best at very high headspeed, the tail ratio is much too low to work well at lower RPM.

So im a beginner um 2300, 2400, 2500 for flight modes??

And what would you say for a align 550X

Align recommend 2500RPM for the 550X. That would be good for hard 3D flying. I would usually run at about 90% of the Align recommendation (so 2250RPM for the 550). For gentle flying you could probably use 80% of Align recommendation (2000RPM)
