Can someone out there help me? How easy can a heli head block be bent from a soft blade strike on the ground???? The pinion is not bent as far as I can tell how ever I ordered replacement parts I new could be. I have a Blade 450 X that has a button wobble on spool up, which I didn't see before my strike.

how does it do once its spooled up? Is it smooth or still acting erratic?
My Walkera V450 will sometimes kinda rattle a bit if I shut it down too quick when I land it...but if I am smooth shutting it down its fine. Same goes for spooling up if I kinda throttle it a little hard spooling it'll kinda rattle on me bu smooth out about 1/2 throttle...

I have bent a head block in the past on a Trex 450.
To find out if its the head or the shaft, take the head off, and spool up with just the shaft installed.
if thats not wobbling, then you know its the head block.

I like to chuck my shafts into a drill. This allows me to to spin the shaft and look for wobble. If no wobble the maybe attach the head block and spin her up. If it looks like it is wobbling or feels like its wobbling then that's the issue.
