600 600 nitro fueling

First thing I would do is remove that aux tank. No one really uses those anymore other than to get more flight time. But if you want to keep it, the procedure is the same.

First, you will plug off the fuel to the carb by closing the lock (red) to pinch off the fuel supply.

Then you will remove the fuel line from the black shutoff that goes into the T of the fuel filter. Make sure the black shutoff is NOT shutting off fuel to the tank.

Then, use a fuel pump (hand or battery, doesn't matter) to fill it back up. It will fill up the small tank first, then the large tank.

Angle the helicopter so that the pressure line going to the muffler is the highest point. Once almost to the pressure line, stop or you will have fuel coming out of your exhaust.

And speaking of exhaust, if you have a plug, remove it while fueling.

Another option is to remove the pressure line from the tank and connect it to the line to your fuel can. This is just a vent on your can, but it would keep any overfills from getting into the exhaust.

Hope this helps. Lets see some video of this bird in the air.
