450 3gx binding question

hi i have a Align 450 pro v2 that i am upgrading to a DFC with the 3gx i have a spectrum dx6i tx and 1 satellite with this setup can i plug the satellite into the 3gx and bind directly to my dx6i or do i have to use my spectrum receiver

Since you are using a 6 channel receiver you will use the receiver and the 3GX. If you had 7 or more channels, you just use the 3GX with the satelites only. Tony, the forum owner, has done a fantastic 3GX setup series found here:

Yes, Tonys vids are great, got me sorted. His pt one has a realy clear instruction on plugging in your reciever.
