Spektrum 3gx and dx9

Hi everyone. here's a question that seems to be all over the net with no answer,
Does anyone know how to use the aux out port using the version 4 firmware?
I know it can be done because the guy I brought my trex 700n off used it to power the switchglo I'm just not sure how I'm using the a dx9 running 2 dsmx sats on the 3gx.

after playing around a bit I've got it to work by plugging my bec into the bind/sbus port and my switch glo into the battery/auxout port with is aux 3 in my tx by default which was on the dail of the dx9 but I moved it to the 3 postion switch e and assigned a voice command ( glow driver active) which I thought was pretty cool

Okay, need to get a decent camera first try'd making videos but anything other than a hover is just a blur.
I'm guessing I post pictures/videos in the picture or video section which I will do next chance I get. I'm heading to the 700 class section now to see if anyone can help me get rid of the shake on spool up
