    450 Devil 450 Rudder Servo

I agree it is not seated down far enough but that is as far as it can go. Yes it is what came with servo and all 4 types that came with it have the same problem. If u look at photo u can see it is seated correctly.

    450 Devil 450 Rudder Servo

Just wondering why the servo horn ball link is fowling on the bottom of the tail boom mount. The servo horn is on as far as it can go. In my opinion the servo horn needs to go further onto the spline. Am I missing something?

    General Ball Linkages

Ok. So I removed gears and tried to work out moving the umbrella gear forward but not sure what I'm doing. By lip did u mean directly underneath the gear and if so how do I trim and keep it cylindrical? Anyway I remembered I had some align gears and replaced with them and that made a...

    General Ball Linkages

Hi, What is the best way to free up tight ball linkages? The ones that run from the rotor blade holders to the swash driver are way to tight. Can they be drilled or filed out slightly?

    450 Advice On Servo

Hi guys, Just need some advice on a servo. I bought a ALZRC DM1531T coreless servo for rudder on Devil 450. I have plugged it in to a Spektrum AR7000 receiver to check centre so I can set servo arms. Problem is it will not respond. I had success with the 3 DS452MG servos which worked...

General Next Step From A Blade 120sr

Hi, Just a question regarding head set up. The main shaft will go approx 23mm into the main rotor housing however it only requires to go 5mm to line up with the hole on the housing. I know a bolt goes through that and clamps the housing onto the shaft but is it correct only that much of the...

General Next Step From A Blade 120sr

Hey Tony, I bit the bullet and bought the devil 450 empty kit. Haven't got all the parts as yet and will need a few tools before I start to pull it apart and rejig like you have. Just wondering why you recommend the Tarot rotor head when your build threads don't show it. I've watched them...

General Next Step From A Blade 120sr

Hi, Just wanted some advise as to where I should go next after learning on a Blade 120SR. Only new to choppers as I have always flown fixed wing. I was looking at the ALZRC Devil 450 but not sure if that's appropriate. I like building and I suppose if I build a kit I will have a better...
