I run My helis in Gov mode and run my throttle curves at flat 30,30,30,30,30 for Norma and 65,65,65,65,65 in ID1 I simply use my Throttle hold to spool up and shut off heli This gives more constant head speed which in my opinion (Humble) ... gives the user more stability as rotor inertia...

The Pinch Method is way more accurate as you have waaayy more dexterity .... but I use thumbs! Guess I will never be that good!

Absolutely Tony! ... I totally agree .... doign the basics on a daily basics should make it all be like breathing without consciously thinking about it! that way if anything goes wrong... you will follow your now natural instinct rather than have to think about it. One other thing I always used...
