Help with Sound card using a Futaba 14SD throttle set up

Can anyone help with setting up my throttle for the sound card using a Futaba 14SD on a P51 by Freewing. I am trying to sync the throttle with the sound card. I do not want sound when the throttle is in the full down position but only after I advanced the throttle. I tired to do so by using the trim tab; however this does not work. I would appreciate any suggestions anyone might have. Many thanks.
