Any spektrum satellite is able to work on that gyro. You will just need the Spektrum Satellite Adapter to make it work. The reason you need that adapter is to reduce the 5v down to 3.3v so you don't burn it up. If you know how to make a small circuit, you can actually make one pretty easily.

You can also wire in a full receiver if you have the space as well. There should be wires included in the MB+ box to do this. But I suspect you are just wanting to use a satellite to keep it clean (hence you saying "one wire" which makes me think of the one wire circuit on the macbooks lol. Sorry, nerd speak lmao.

but get you a satellite adapter and connect it up that way. it's the simplest way.

You will like the Microbeast Plus.. I had one on my Trex 450 Pro.. They are really easy to set up and are wicked stable.. The only issue I had was getting the blue light at 6 degrees cyclic, but after changing the geometry of the head, I eventually got the blue light at 6 degrees cyclic..

(I think) (if I remember correctly) I had to (re)center the servos and adjust the linkage rods (to get (again) a level swash, to get the blue light..

Yeah the sat with the Microbeast works real well ALL my birds are running similar set ups. Im using the AR7210bx with the Sats on all of them zero complaints. set up is straight forward and it works well with the DX6. It was what I was using until I moved to a dx8G2 but again had no issues at all.

If you using the AR7200BX, then one sat will be fine since its a built in receiver. If on the other hand your using the stand alone unit then they do say that anything 500 size and up should have a regular rx. I guess all that carbon could block some of the signals. Your kind of limited on the SRXLs when using Spcktrum. They have discontinued the AR7700 which was perfect for that kind of stuff. Also discontinued is the AR7210. There are other options but not cheap ones.

Why do they keep discontinuing shit that works? Well, I'm gonna keep flying mine till they die boys. I loved the no receiver, plug an play of the AR7210 with the satellite.

I had read somewhere that it was because the contract (or something) between microbeast and spektrum had expired. From what I understand, Spektrum is now making their own style like this. Can't remember where I read that, but it was on here somewhere. Now if I could just find the thread lol.

I think Smoggie is where you heard it from. Not sure if I'm correct or what thread either.
