Well my KDS 450 FBL heli arrived today from Banggood... woopie :waa: Beside the box arriving semi smashed IMG_0022.JPG and they didn't have tape to re tape the box soooo they used staple instead:argue: IMG_0023.JPG and most of all they sent me a FB kit vs FBL kit IMG_0024.JPG Nothing like waiting for something and it's wrong :heresyoursign: Now I have to wait til I here from them to see what they want to do :hmmm: Nothing like pissing in my Cheerios :sad0147: I should of ordered a Align or a Tarot :spankme:

Yeah I don't get it. It said FBL kit on the purchases order. If it's not in stock, say so, don't send me something I didn't order just to keep me happy. That's just makes me angry. I wont be using the FBL or FB head unit. I have a Align DFC and a Tarot DFC I'm going to put in it but that beside the point. Give me what I ordered.

Seems the shipping companies were not too nice to that poor thing. I'm sure they will get it sorted. If they don't, let me know and I will have a talk with my contact with them.

Thanks Tony for offering to help. Let me see what they say first. I'm going to use my own DFC heads on it . If they can, I would like them to just send me the FBL head and I'll be happy. That way I can start building this 450 heli.

Hi D.O.G. boy you get all the luck, I can't find where banggood even offer the FB version for sale or carry the head as a spare, the KDS site does.

Hope the rest of the build goes without a hitch and the replacement head arrives without a problem I'm sure you will enjoy it when its finished.

You are so right Admiral about banggood not even offering the FB or parts. So I have no idea how the FB unit got in the kit. The FB unit is $69.99 and the FBL unit is $49.99. Beside owning me a FBL unit, they also need to come up with $20.00 too. I recently heard from them and they want pics. and video showing where they f%*k up. Hopefully I here from them soon.

Pictures I see as fine. Video, I can't stand that. My previous contact tried to get me to do that on a crappy product and I told him to stuff it. I'm not going to lie about something that could possibly make me money. He kept at it, so I fired him. A week later, someone else contacted me from there and said they would be taking over as my contact lmao. The turnover rate over there is HUGE!!!

@Tony I'm thinking that I need your help on this situation. Maybe you can get a hold of your contact for me. I just got an email from them stating," We deeply apologize for what happened to your order 70808900. Please rest assured that we are always been based on the highest level of customer experience. In order to express our sincere apology, would you accept 1000 points or a 6% coupon as a token of our apologies?" That's insane. 100 banggood coupon is $1.00. So that want to give me $10.00 for there mistake. What the hell are they smoking! Just send me my FBL unit and $20.00 difference of their goofy coupons for my headache and we call it even. This is BS! I hope you can help me out Tony. These people aren't right in the head.

Stand your ground, they tried the same thing with me when I bought a faulty power pack phone charger off them, it took weeks but they finally sent me a new one that worked fine.

Thanks Admiral for that insuring info. Yeah if they can't make it right then I'll just send it back and they can give me back my money so I can order from someone else.

That would cost more than the kit. You have already said that you were going to put a DFC head on it, so just put the head on it and build it. The rest is in motion so even if they don't give you the head, you still have the helicopter that you "planned" on building.

Received an email back from my contact and they said to do a live chat with them on the page linked below. Well, I went through the steps to see what would happen, and the ONLY option is to email them after you select missing or wrong item(s). You have done that and they are not offering you a legit option to replace the part that was incorrect. This is unfortunate and not a good business practice by banggood. I do wish it would have turned out differently though. I tried to help, but....

I thank you much for trying Tony. That does suck and that will be the last time I'll deal with them. I'll talk to my lawyer friend and see if he can scare them with false advertisement. Can't hurt to try but thanks...I appreciate it :).

Well I've heard from banggood again. They offer me a $10.87 cash back. I told them no and can you please send me a RMA# and shipping label so I can send the heli back. Any other company would of work with me to make it right but banggood doesn't want to. Yes I know I wasn't going to use the FB or FBL unit and instead use a DFC unit I have. That's not the point. When I order something that i like and want, that's what I should get. Not what they want to send you so they can make a sell. I rather pay the extra bucks to a company that is honest and care about there customers vs banggood doesn't give a shit as long as they make money. I'm done with these idiots.

OMG! What the hell is this world coming to. When I ordered my KDS 450 heli kit I also ordered 325mm FBL blades. This whole time I'm thinking we are talking about the heli kit and all this time they're taking about the blades. WTF. I sent them pictures and a video, like they asked, to show them what I was talking about. Even with that information, these people have no clue what they are doing. Doesn't anyone anymore pay intention? Even with the pics. and video, banggood is clueless about what I'm not happy with. I sent an e-mail back this morning stating that they have the wrong item and they need to get there facts right. I'm not sure if they're doing it on purpose to discourage me or there just that dumb. I'll keep on bugging them til they get it right by me.

I believe this sort of thing happens too often to use the language barrier or too stupid excuses... I think it's done on purpose to discourage returns when problems arise. Instead, they waste everyone's time and money which just drives up their costs to address the problem even more.

Yea, they were supposed to send me a quad for their September anniversary sale, and I asked them to send a battery with it. Well, the battery shipped (850mah 4s 75c Tattu) but the quad went on back order. So I sent an email to them saying to just send me one of the quads with the frsky or flysky receivers in them rather than the one without the receiver (which is the one out of stock) so that I could get the video done sooner. Guess what they replied with? "Sorry to hear that the 4S PNP is out of stock. Would you accept 4S Frsky or 4S Flysky receiver?". Yea, wasting time is something they appear to love to do. Whatever, it is what it is.
