Who's Watching The Daytona 500?

It's being broadcast on Fox, so who all is watching it?

What do you think about the second year of running "Stage Racing"?

What do you think about only 5 people allowed over the wall on pit stops and the gas guy ONLY being able to fuel the car?

I'm starting to remember why I got rid of TV and switched to Netflix only. More damn commercials than there is actual racing...

Remember back when they would be in a commercial and there was a wreck and they would go back to the race? Not anymore! Two times now.

Whatever happened to the rules of not being able to block like that. Just stupid.

I live within 10 min of Dale jr so racing is in my blood yep it’s called race city USA around here . No I don’t like segments at all cut them loose like they use to when they ran moonshine where it all started!!

Dillon should be bitch slapped for that move. I have a very strong feeling he is going to trash the #3 name. Dude just seems like a pompous jackass.

Nascar just isn't what it used to be. I think this will be the last one I watch. All of the people I used to watch are now retired, so I think I'm going to join them as a spectator...

I think The young guns brought back more of the racing back tonight rather than riding around..lol Bumping and rubbing is the old school racing hard to check up when Bubba wallace was pushing him ..
Yea I'll agree its not what it use to be and I'll pick and choose which races we go to or watch if any, The new format kills it. Funny story Dale SR use to play cards with my neighbor down the road he would mingle with the common folk. Another Neighbor was Rusty Wallace car chief back when he was winning. Just hard to get away from it around here. I can here Yates Dyno from the house. Kinda crazy around here at times. You either love Nascar or hate it I'm in the middle most of the time..

Darrel Waltrip did bring up a good point in that broadcast. Every 10-15 years, you pretty much get a massive driver change. And change is good, no doubt about that. But this friggin stage racing... Completely stupid. If they want to run like that, then go back to dirt and run heats and mains. Throwing a caution just to stack cars back up that have no chance and usually causing a wreck is stupid.

Hell, the only reason I watched tonight is because I remembered it. And the only reason I remembered it was because something came across my phone. Damn sure won't make that mistake again... Unless I do lmao. Some things you just can't get out of your blood.
