breeze400 Spagetti Pilot Dec 7, 2012 #5 They were talking about commercial use of a umv. (Un maned vehicle). But if your running enough power to transmit like 5 miles or more, they say you need a ham radio license to do it. If you looking thru ready made's site, it mentions it there.
